3. Etcher Task Hub — Access Notice

Etcher Task Hub is a private authorised-user workflow and task management platform for Etcher Solutions personnel, authorised contractors, administrators and approved client representatives. It is not currently available for public self-registration or general public use unless Etcher Solutions expressly enables this in the future.

Access within Etcher Task Hub is controlled by roles, groups, boards, permissions and organisation settings. You must only access information needed for your authorised role. Client administrators should promptly request removal of access for users who no longer require it.

Etcher Task Hub may contain confidential business information, client communications, quote requests, meeting notes, project details, internal tasks, uploaded files and personal information.

You retain ownership of content you upload or create. By providing content, you grant Etcher Solutions a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, process, copy, transmit, display, back up and use that content solely to provide, maintain, secure, audit and improve our services.

Approved client representatives may use Etcher Task Hub only for the authorised business purpose agreed with Etcher Solutions. Client users are responsible for:

11. Email Intake

If enabled, authorised users may forward emails to taskhub@etchersolutions.com or other designated intake addresses. By forwarding an email, you confirm you have authority to share that email and its attachments with Etcher Solutions. Emails may be parsed, classified, stored, audited and converted into task records. Etcher Solutions may reject, quarantine, delete or ignore unauthorised or suspicious emails.

Our services may use artificial intelligence to summarise content, extract tasks, recommend categories, identify deadlines, draft text or support task routing.

AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, outdated or unsuitable. You must review all AI-generated outputs before relying on them. AI outputs are not legal, financial, safety, engineering, medical, employment, insurance, tax or professional advice. Etcher Solutions is not responsible for decisions made solely in reliance on AI-generated outputs.

13. Professional and Compliance Disclaimer

Information provided through our website, services, templates, checklists, dashboards, AI tools or communications is general in nature unless expressly stated otherwise. You should obtain independent professional advice before relying on any information for legal, safety, financial, contractual or regulatory decisions.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or secure access at all times. Services may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, outages, cyber incidents, third-party issues, internet failures or events beyond our reasonable control. Etcher Solutions may modify, suspend or discontinue features at any time.

15. Beta and Experimental Features

Beta, pilot or test features may be incomplete, unstable or changed without notice. These features are used at your own risk and are not subject to the same service standards as production features.

Our services integrate with or depend on third-party platforms including Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Vercel, GitHub, analytics providers, AI providers and email services. Etcher Solutions is not responsible for third-party content, privacy practices, outages, security incidents, API changes or fees charged by third parties.

17. Fees, Subscriptions and Payment

Etcher Task Hub is currently a private authorised-user platform and is not offered for general public self-registration. If paid access, subscriptions, external client access packages or paid software functionality are introduced in the future, additional commercial terms, payment terms, refund terms or service agreements will apply.

18. Refunds and Australian Consumer Law

Refunds, cancellations and service changes are handled in accordance with the relevant service agreement, refund policy and the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantees, rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Australian law.

Etcher Solutions owns or licences all intellectual property in our website, platform, branding, design, workflows, templates, content, software, documentation, graphics, logos and business materials, except for user content and third-party materials.

29. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
